Baked 5-spice pork on a salad of crunchy iceberg, glass noodles, cucumber, coriander, carrots, bean shoots and sugar snaps topped with crushed peanuts and a little pot of San Choy Bau dressing. Bite-size eggless tiramisu for dessert.

Vegetarian/Vegan option served with herb-crusted baked zucchini.

Baked Tasmanian salmon with dill on a warm salad of wild rice, purple kale, zucchini, shaved fennel and roast beetroot topped with horseradish mustard vinaigrette, chopped walnuts and caper berries. Mango-chia mousse topped with strawberries for dessert.

Wednesday - 27 June 2018 Cajun Chicken Burger Night! The Healthy Way!

Vegetarian/vegan option served with Cajun baked sweet potato patties.

Cajun-spiced chicken breast (baked not fried!) with a scrumptious pile of burger toppings: mixed leaves, roast capsicum, tomato, caramelized pineapple, coriander, pickles, and a layered pot house-made red onion relish and sweet chilli yoghurt. Served with a fresh sourdough bread roll. Rum and raisin apple compote, topped with Greek yoghurt and toasted muesli for dessert.

Vegetarian/vegan option served with braised port mushroom ragout.

Six-hour port braised lamb – Tuscan style - on a bed of baby spinach and herbed risoni with honey-roast carrots and a load of seasonal greens. Low carb option served with zoodles. Double choc brownie, vanilla yoghurt and smashed berry mess for dessert.
