Sesame ginger chicken breast on a salad of glass noodles, shredded Asian vegetables and snow peas topped with spring onions, crushed peanuts and scrumptious hoisin dressing. Baked Apple and cinnamon sponge with strawberries for dessert (NEW!)

Vegetarian/vegan served with pepper crusted lentil patties.
Seared peppercorn crusted beef fillet on a bed of wilted Parmesan spinach and a wholesome load of rosemary-roast seasonal veggies and steamed green beans. Served with home-made Manhattan style sticky onion relish. Seasonal fruit cup for dessert.

Thursday - 26 April 2018 Caribbean Rum Chicken with Spiced Coconut

Vegetarian/vegan option: served baked Caribbean-spiced cauliflower.

Golden baked chicken in a Caribbean rum and herb basting on brown rice with a black bean and corn salsa, steamed greens, and crunchy capsicum. Served with coriander yoghurt and a wedge of fresh lime. Topped with spiced toasted coconut curls. Bite-size lemon coconut ricotta cheesecake for dessert.
