On a bed of wilted chard and herby currant couscous with seasonal steamed greens and red onion jus. Topped with toasted almonds and goat’s cheese. Bite-size sticky date pudding for dessert.

Soft tortillas ready to pack with spiced prawns, mixed leaves, kidney beans, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes and pineapple-corn salsa. Topped with fresh coriander and a jalapeno aioli. Bite-size eggless tiramisu for dessert.

Vegetarian/vegan option with sticky soy tofu.

Sticky-soy beef eye fillet crusted in crying tiger herbs and spices on a brown rice and crunchy veggie bowl (with carrots, kale, capsicum, cabbage). Topped with mint, corriander, spring onions, peanuts, sugar snaps, and chilli-lime dressing. Salted caramel banana chia pudding for dessert.

Vegetarian option served with baked eggplant. GF Macaroni option available!

Torn peppered chicken breast on macaroni tossed in a light herby ricotta, pumpkin and parmesan sauce with baby spinach, mushrooms, peas, cherry tomatoes, basil and served with a crisp green leaf side salad. Non-dairy option available with herby pumpkin and cashew sauce. Seasonal fruit cup with pomegranate for dessert.
