Monday - 21 January 2019 Sticky Soy Seared Eye Fillet with Ponzu Pickle

Vegetarian/vegan option served with tofu.

Seared Asian BBQ beef eye fillet on toasted sesame brown rice with zucchini ribbons, broccoli and edamame. Topped with ponzu-preserved daikon and spring onions. Banana, Greek yoghurt and smashed berry parfait with coconut chips for dessert.
