Vegetarian/vegan option served with baked coconut pumpkin.

Baked Barramundi infused with a south-east Asian spice rub on a base of brown rice with steamed bok choi, broccoli, snow peas and shaved green papaya. Topped with a fragrant ginger broth, coriander and spring onions. Bite-size Oreo cheesecake for dessert.

Wednesday - 12 December 2018 Antioxidant Baked Duck on Vietnamese Mango Noodle Salad

Vegetarian/vegan option with ginger-baked tofu.

Baked duck breast on a crunchy salad of mixed leaves, glass noodles, shredded carrot, sugarsnaps, bean shoots and fresh mango. Topped with red chili, mint and a refreshing Vietnamese lime dressing. Miniature carrot cake with blueberries for dessert.

Thursday - 13 December 2018 Christmas Roast Beef, Herby Mushroom, Almond and Cranberry Stuffing

Vegetarian option served with lentil and feta stuffed capsicum.

Oven-roast beef eye fillet on a bed of herby mushroom, almond and cranberry stuffing with roast pumpkin, a load of seasonal greens and white wine jus. Christmas spice poached pears with brandy custard and crumble for dessert.
