Vegetarian/Vegan option with honey-harissa baked falafel.

On a bed of wilted rocket and herby chickpeas with steamed asparagus, crispy roast Brussel sprouts and red onion jus. Topped with toasted almonds and goat’s cheese. Bite-sized sticky date pudding for dessert.

Vegetarian option served with herb and pine nut crusted zucchini.

Paprika seared beef and pepper baked mushrooms on risoni (GF wild rice option available) with a load of seasonal greens, stroganoff brandy yoghurt, roast red onions, pickles and fresh parsley. Home-made rhubarb compote topped with Greek yoghurt and toasted muesli for dessert.

Minced chicken breast infused with Thai green curry paste, on a bed of brown rice with crunchy capsicum, bean shoots, baby corn, carrots and broccoli. Topped with coriander, crushed peanuts and green curry coconut broth. Sara Lee chocolate cake topped with hundreds and thousands for a ‘revisit childhood’ dessert!
