Vegetarian/vegan option served with teriyaki tofu.

Lean chicken tenderloins infused with lemongrass and ginger on warm salad of crunchy colourful vegetables (daikon, carrots, capsicum and cabbage) and rice vermicelli tossed with fresh mint. Topped with toasted cashews, spring onions and home-made teriyaki dressing. Summer fruit crumble with vanilla yoghurt for dessert.

On a bed of wilted chard and herby currant couscous with seasonal steamed greens and red onion jus. Topped with toasted almonds and Feta cheese. Chocolate sponge and cherry trifle for dessert (NEW!)

Vegetarian/vegan option served with herbed Portobello mushroom.

Torn lime-pepper chicken breast on a salad of baby spinach, roast pumpkin, avocado, cucumber, asparagus and strawberries topped with halloumi, pumpkin seeds and a citrus date vinaigrette. Apple coconut bircher muesli topped with fresh fruit for a healthy dessert.

Vegetarian option served with herby chickpea ‘meatballs’

Extra lean beef, herb and organic quinoa meatballs in an Italian cherry tomato sugo on baby spinach and your choice of spaghetti or low carb zoodles. Topped with melty parmesan and fresh basil. Served with a crunchy garden side salad. Warm sticky date pudding with custard for dessert.
